Schedule

Track your time in general as well as your time spent working for your clients!

By default, you'll be taken to the Schedule page when you first log in with today's date selected. Here you can view all your time entries, create new time entries, edit existing time entries, and delete time entries.

New Time Entry

Click on the "New Time Entry" button to create a new time entry! By default, we'll set the initial date and time to current datetime (to the closest 15 minutes)!

No Client?

You can certainly forego selecting a client if you just want to mark an entry on your calendar! Just fill in a Title. You can always edit the entry later to add a client if you'd like, to use this entry to help create an invoice.

Editing Time Entries

When adding a new time entry or editing one, set the duration of your working time, select the client you worked for as well as any project and/or service you worked on. You can also add some notes of your work if you'd like.

Color

Want to add some color to your time entry? Select a color for your time entry from our list provided!

Clock Icon?

The clock icon will appear in an already created time entry, next to your end date/time field. When clicked, this will set the end date/time field to the current date/time (to the closest 15 minutes)! This isn't necessarily a timer, but rather a quick way to set the respective field to the current date/time.

Time Entry Summary

When clicking on an event, you'll first see a summary of the entry. This includes a link to the client as well as any estimated subtotal of the work involved per the service and/or rate set.

On the summary, you can select to edit (if not imported from a third party) or delete the time entry.

Invoice link

At this time, if a link to the invoice is provided, it will simply navigate to the Invoicing page and set the search filter to the invoice number. In the future, we will add a link to the invoice itself if it is available.

Google Calendar Integration

Want to add your time entries to your Google Calendar? You can do so by clicking on the "Import Google Calendar" icon button on the top of the Schedule page!

This process will allow you to import the next 100 events from each of your Google Calendars of the next year of events (whichever ends first).

Syncing

Please note, this process will not automatically keep your schedule in sync with your Google Calendar. You will need to re-import your Google Calendar to update your schedule as needed.

Regarding Your Information

  • Only the following information is used and stored into our database: Calendar Id, Calendar Color, Event Id, Event Summary, Event Start / Stop
  • We are only reading the information, this does not affect what is saved in your Google Calendar. We simply are wanting to help you better schedule your time without switching between multiple calendars!
  • After completing your import, we immediately sign out your Google Calendar API session. For this reason, you will be asked to sign in again if you want to import events again.

Deleting Imported Events

If you want to delete your imported events, you can do so by clicking an imported event and either delete the event individually, otherwise you can opt to delete all the imported events. Please note, deleting all imported events is a "hard" delete, meaning that the events will be removed entirely from our database (but will remain untouched in your Google Calendar).
